Please can I ask you if when you switch this on can you still have the moving parts and lights on but no sound

If I pre order the Elf factory it says its available from October 28th , can you confirm when I would receive it then or could this vary and be much later Thank you

If you live within our local delivery area, you will be able to select your chosen delivery date upon checkout for any date following the 28th October. If you are ordering for nationwide delivery, the order will be shipped once the stock has arrived with our internet team. Once dispatched, it should take 3-5 working days. As the pre-order date is 28th October, we would expect it to have arrived with us for that date, however this may vary depending on shipping or unexpected delays from the manufacturer. If that were the case, we would always keep you up to date via email on any delays with your order. We will always ship your order as soon as we possibly can once we have the stock.
